          Following up on our conversations with respect to the application filed on
    March 25, 1997 by EMS Technologies, Inc. for an experimental license, I am enclosing a
    copy of the letter of concurrence from Rex D. Miller of the Aerospace & Flight Test
    Radio Coordinating Council ("AFTRCC") concerning EMS‘ use of the 1429—1513 MHz
  — frequencies. 1 believe this was the last item needed in order to grant the application. '
