Purpose of License Modification

The purpose of this application is to add a location at Butlerville, IN. For this location, LTE
Bands 7 and 20 will be used instead of LTE Bands 13 and 17. The base station will use an
omnidirectional antenna with a UE (User Equipment) transmit power of 0.25W. There are no
other modifications to the granted license.
