Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Dynometrics Inc. is developing a wearable sensor that measures muscle oxygen saturation on users during exercise, and provides feedback to them on their smartphone or sports watch using BLE/ANT+. We want to test some prototypes prior to certification to see how well the device works.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  A small batch of prototype sensors will be manufactured and leased to some testers. The testers will be asked to exercise as normal, while wearing our prototype sensor, and report their experiences.
