This Modification application seeks Commission approval to change the emission designator for
this experiment from “100MQ0N” to “300MQ3N”. The reference to the maximum bandwidth as
described in Confidential Exhibit 3 also is hereby changed to “300 MHz”.

No other changes are requested to the license.

Simultaneously, a renewal application is being filed with the Commission. Upon grant of the
renewal, it is requested that the license specify the new emission designator of 300MQ3N.
