                                    FCC Form 422 Confidentiality Request

Deterministic Time Solutions, Inc. (DTSI) respectfully request that , pursuant to 47CFR0.457 and
47CFR0.459 of the Commissions’ rules, the Commission withhold from public inspection and accord
confidential treatment to portions of the referenced experimental license application detailed below.

47CFR0.457(d)(2) of the Commission’s rules allows persons submitting materials that they wish withheld
from public inspection in accordance with 5CFR5.552(b)(4) to file a request for non-disclosure. The
requirements governing such requests are set forth in 47CFR0.459(b). In accordance with the
specification delineated in that rule, Deterministic Time Solutions, Inc hereby submits the following:

1) Identification of the specific Information for which confidential treatment is sought:

DTSI seeks confidential treatment of the exhibit including the response to question 7 of the application;
an explanation of the equipment, objectives and contributions of the experiments.

2) Identification of the Commission proceeding in which the information was submitted:

FCC experimental License application; file number 0100-EX-PL-2010.

3) Explanation of the degree to which the information contains a trade secret or is privileged:

The information provides insight into DTSI’s future plans and as such is considered proprietary to DTSI.

4) Explanation of the degree to which the information concerns a service that is subject to competition:

Not Applicable.

5) Explanation of how the disclosure of the information could result in substantial competitive harm:

Knowledge of DTSI’s product plans would provide advantages to DTSI competitors; DTSI would be put at
a competitive disadvantage if this information became publicly available.

6) Identification of any measures taken by the submitting party to prevent unauthorized disclosure:

DTSI has classified this information as DTSI proprietary, available only to DTSI employees and third
parties who have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement with DTSI.

7) Identification of whether the information is available to the public and the extent of any previous disclosure
   of the information to third parties:

DTSI Proprietary information is kept strictly confidential within DTSI and is not made available to the
general public or any third parties without a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.

8) Justification of the period during which the submitting party asserts that the material should not be
   available for public disclosure:

DTSI Proprietary information is not time limited. It is not available to the public indefinitely.
