We plan on a July 18, 2000 departure to start this season‘s work with a return late August or early September. 9. (a) Mineral exploration and development. (b) Comsat satellite phone system is only phone system that works in this remote area. Used to contact helicopter charter to get to the exploration site and for emergency medical evacuation and to call to arrange removal of personal by helicopter at end of project. (c) There are no phone systems or radiophone systems available in this remote area of Alaska.
