DETAILS / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Datron World Communications Inc. was a wholly—owned subsidiary of Datron Systems Incorporated ("Datron Systems"). Titan Corporation, through its wholly—owned subsidiary Gem Acquisition Corp. exchanged its common stock for 100% of the common stock of Datron Systems. As a result, on September 28, 2001 Gem Acquisition Corp. merged into Datron Systems. Datron Systems is now a wholly—owned subsidiary of Titan Corporation.
