I just realised what might have been happening and it seems to have been our fault. I was responding to
every request... but sending these to the wrong place.

For whatever reason, I missed the note which required us to reply via this method and as we were never
told that our responses were not being received, we kept on following the wrong process.

Based on the above, I wish to apologize and request that you consider re-opening our file. I know that a
note at the end of each message indicated that failure to respond might result in this file being closed.
This being said, I am hoping that you are willing to reconsider your decision.
