We are working with DSRC mobile technology and have a need to temporarily install Fixed DSRC transmitters on our buildings for testing. There will be one install on each of 4 buildings on this street

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing communications between vehicle mounted units and fixed stations. Also testing of a positioning system by exchanging data between the vehicle and the fixed units.
