Please explain the purpose of operation:
Completion of testing of a mobile slow low Counter UAS integrated defense system (MLIDS) by the U.S. Army. An MLDS vehicle under development has a Coyote missile launcher and it is thus necessary to operate a Coyote Wave Relay radio to conduct acceptance testing on the vehicle. No jamming will be conducted. The radio facilities in question have already been developed; authorization is necessary to allow for the use of those radio facilities to test and verify vehicle functionality.
