Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc. (DRS) is supporting General Dynamics Land Systems (General Dynamics) in system testing. General Dynamics conducted tests in connection with a Classified government contract, under Experimental Station WJ2XTH (File No. 0738-EX-CN-2018). In order to complete testing and acceptance of the system, it is necessary to conduct tests in St. Louis, MO for a period of 6 months or less. As DRS has the necessary facilities at its St. Louis headquarters, General Dynamics has requested that DRS conduct the tests. All technical information for the tests, other than location will be identical to that contained in File No. 0738-EX-CN-2018, which is incorporated by reference herein.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of operation is acceptance testing of systems under a classified government contract. The FCC has authorized this testing at another location under File No. 0738-EX-CN-2018. ; that application and all materials submitted with it are incorporated by reference herein. The contract numbers of the current and original contracts, and such further unclassified information as is available to DRS, is provided in Exhibit One.
