An immediate STA is needed in order to perform testing services under a government contract with the Army Counter-UAS, Rapid Capabilities Office (Contract No. W31P4Q-19-C-0006). The use of the radio facilities described herein are necessary to perform testing of Mobile low slow Counter UAS integrated defense system (MLIDS) vehicles.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of Mobile low slow Counter UAS integrated defense system (MLIDS) vehicles. The Applicant requires an STA to operate Rajant radio to conduct MLIDS vehicle acceptance testing. No jamming will be conducted. The radio system in question is already developed, however, the testing is required in connection with the testing of MLIDS vehicles being developed for the U.S. Army. The two MLIDS vehicles under development need to share data, and the Applicant needs authority to operate the Rajant radio facilities described herein to enable such data sharing and conduct vehicle acceptance testing on the vehicles.
