In reply to your e-mail dated 1/18/12, this is to advise you that the applicant has reviewed the
Commission?s rules governing the symbols used in emission designators and has determined that, for
the emission designator ?GXD?, the second symbol can be changed to ?7?.

Accordingly, for the emission designator ?GXD?, the designator should be changed to ?G7D?.

Please advise if you would like the applicant to change the emission designator on the application, or if
the Commission will change the records itself.
