In reply to your request for FAA coordination dated 11/8/13 (Ref. 21968), this is to advise you that
although FAA coordination was timely requested, FAA coordination has not yet been completed. As you
can see below in the e-mail from the FAA’s Charles Thornton, the FAA coordinator believes that
coordination will be completed very soon, but has requested that additional time be requested to ensure
that the Commission does not dismiss the application.

Accordingly, this message is to request an additional 15 days to allow the FAA to complete the requested
coordination.
