Message:

Dear Sirs,

Please be informed of the following.

1. Location of experiment
We went back to the experimental licensing application and changed the location.

2. Detail of experiment
The explanation and purpose of our experiment we provided before was mainly focused on the fact that
the product does not comply with the current FCC regulation (because it emits radio waves even while
the vehicle is not in motion).

The all-vehicle-speed-range ACC system achieves higher convenience by STOP&GO function added to
the conventional ACC system, and we would like to make presentations to U.S. vehicle manufacturers
through test-ride events.
Note:
The product emits radio waves even while the vehicle is not in motion owing to STOP & GO function.
Checking of such function is one of our main purposes, however, the testing time is quite short compared
to the time for the testing mentioned below.

Also, we would like to drive on the express way to obtain driving data under various environment so that
we can check conditions for conformity of ACC and PCS (Pre-Crash system) systems with the FCC
regulation and develop better systems.
Note:
Obtaining driving data is our main purpose of the experiment.
Of course, radio waves emitted from the product during driving complies with the FCC regulation.

3. Contact person in the U.S.
Currently, we do not have any person available in the U.S., and we really appreciate it if you could inform
us of the further inquiries via internet, OET Experimental Licensing System.
However, we would also appreciate it if you could provide your phone number so that we can contact you
directly.

Thank you.
