We have two questions about your answer.

1.>this application needs to be filled as Renewal application, not as New.
Should we apply from Form442 again?

The purpose of this application is the same as 0297-EX-PL-2008, and the actual product to be used for
experience is different from the one for the last application.

Specs of the product for this application are different from the one for the last application. (shape, output
power, etc.)

If the purpose is the same as the last application for a different product, does it only have to be executed
application by Modification of Existing License?

Please allow us to confirm which application, ?New? or ?Modification of Existing License?, is the most
appropriate when the actual products to be used for experience is different while the purpose of
experience is the same.

2. If we newly execute application, how does Fee that has already been paid become it?

What about the fee that we have already paid for the application if we need to make another application?

Should we pay the fee again? or, does the fee that we have already paid cover another application?
