Message:

1. The ODAR indicates that the launch date is 3/10/16. Is the satellite already integrated and loaded?

Launch was recently delayed. We are now manifested on the July 7 OA-5 launch.

2. Please discuss if you have the ability to adjust the deployment of the sprites at a lower altitude to help
reduce any possibilities of orbital collisions.

Deployment is commanded from our ground station. We can trigger deployment on a date or altitude best
suited to minimize debris concerns.

3. Have you had any discussions with the JSPOC?

Yes, we have had an email discussion and telecon with JSpOC. For more information on this please
contact Scott Higginbotham (scott.a.higginbotham@nasa.gov), who is our mission manager at NASA
LSP and has been coordinating with JSpOC.

4. Please verify that the contact and signer for the ITU cost recovery are able to represent the University.

That is indeed the case.
