KickSat -2 6 November 2015
Zachary Manchester

Dear Zac

Further to our Email exchange I have added the second frequency. Coordination is now
as follows. I am suggesting 437,240 MHz for the downlink of the kick sat bus as there
are currently no downlinks coordinated on the frequency.

KickSat bus Up and downlink 437,240 MHz 1W

Sprite Downlink 437,505 MHz 10mW

You have indicated a launch will be in 2016 please advise us of final date for the
launch when this becomes available and also what other satellites using amateur
frequencies are on the same launch vehicle.

Please note that all frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared frequencies.
We have attempted to make the best possible selection for your project.

You are also referred to the ITU requirements for satellites. We have prepared an easy
reference document which is available on www.iaru.org/satellite, it will assist you to
comply with the ITU requirements for Amateur satellites. Please advise us of the API
number once available.

Please also read the “controlling satellites” document available on
www.iaru.org/satellite

Best wishes for a successful project.

Please keep us informed of developments and progress.
