CisLunarExplorer.

Coordinated frequencies for up and downlink: 437.500 and 437.510 MHz
with emission designators 500HJ2DCN.
output power 8 Watts.
antenna gain 0 dBi.

Planned launch date 30 September 2018
Licensing administration: USA
Height and Orbit: Lunar orbit
Telecommand station: Cornell University Radio Club, Ithaca NY, USA

IARU has coordinated frequencies in bands allocated to the amateur satellite
service. All frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared
frequencies.
Please inform me about the final launch date and the API/A number as soon
as that information becomes available.
