Thanks for the NOAA letters. I see the uploaded copy and deleted the duplicates.

I see the last correspondence to Filipe but do not think I got a response to the items.
1. Any IARU coordination efforts
2. Signed copy of the ODAR
3. An updated spacecap file responding to the issues identified in the correspondence. A copy is
attached.
4.
Is Filipe still the point of contact? If not, you should make sure the contact information in the
application is up to date.
