Reference: FCC Experimental Application File Number 0064-EX-CN-2016 Dear FCC Secretary, The Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University is aware that as a result of actions taken at the International Telecommunication Union’s 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, and further modified by the ITU Council in subsequent years (1999, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2013), processing fees will now be charged by the ITU for satellite network filings. As a consequence, Commission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU. The Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University hereby states that it is aware of this requirement and unconditionally accepts all cost recovery responsibilities associated with the ITU filings for the Cislunar Explorers satellite network.
