Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Contour Networks requests an experimental STA to conduct wireless CBRS base station testing, validation and demonstration of CBRS technology using the 3.65-3.7GHz subset of the CBRS band.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Contour Networks Inc. is working with base station and end-user device manufacturers to test and develop product solutions using the CBRS band. For this operation, Contour Networks will be conducting limited demonstrations to customers, vendors and other industry players. During these demonstrations FCC approved end user equipment for the CBRS band will communicate to the base station using the 3.65-3.7GHz subset of the CBRS spectrum. The base station will be used exclusively indoors.
