Subject: 0079-EX-CR-2017 pre-coordination data request
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

Mr. Serafini:

This is to confirm Continental's understanding that - as we discussed - MAG coordination was being
handled directly through the Commission. Please see below. BAE Systems assumes all is complete with
respect to this coordination – please advise if any further action is required with MAG that would
prevent final processing of this application.

Best regards,

Jeff Rummel

Subject: RE: Continental Automotive Systems, Inc. - Request for MAG Coordination - WG2XQU -
Pending File No. 0079-EX-CR-2017

John, Jeffrey

The ELS validations are new and need fine tuning. They probably are not needed for renewals and the
text needs to be corrected to just provide the information needed. It does give applicants an opt out if not
applicable “Please disregard thisnotification if you already uploaded the pre coordination
document.”

Jeffrey, unless Mr. Whittington indicated he needs something, you can disregard.

Thanks
Tony
