Per you request in the attached e-mail, please find below the AFTRCC coordination required
for Comcast's experimental application (File No.:
0699-EX-PL-2007). As you predicted, the coordination process went fairly quickly, which
we very much appreciate. Based on this progress, and assuming the FCC is satisfied that
there are no other technical issues of concern regarding the proposed experiment, we are
increasingly hopeful that the application would be approved and that we could begin the
experiment later this month.

Thank you again for all your efforts.

Best regards,
McLean

Ed,

I think that the FCC would require AFTRCC coordination. In that process
we (AFTRCC) would contact the and obtain concurrence from the cogizant
AFC (i.e. AFMO CONUS) in this case.

Dear Mr. Sanchez,

Per our conversation yesterday regarding the FCC's requirement that we
coordinate with the Army Frequency Management Office, attached please
find copies of Comcast's experimental application and the narrative
description of the proposed experiment. In the event you may find it
useful, I have also attached a screenshot of the FCC's note related to
the experimental application, as well as two letters that were submitted
in connection with the application -- one from XM Radio supporting
Comcast's proposed experiment, and a letter from Comcast in response.
Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to
contact me at any time. Thank you in advance for your attention to this
coordination request.

Best regards,
McLean
