Exbhibit 1 As discussed with Commission staff, this Modification is being filed to request an update to the licensee name for Station WE2XDA to "Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions Inc." Although originally another name ("Cobham Defense Electronics Inc.") had been anticipated, for business reasons the name "Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions Inc." has been selected as the name of the entity going—forward. No other changes to the license are requested.
