Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Neither the applicant, a telecommunications and technology consulting firm, nor its client, the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, is a licensee in the FM broadcast service. The Texas Rangers are sponsoring a series of music concerts in the parking lot outside the baseball stadium at Globe Life Field and needs to use a low power FM transmitter in the broadcast band so that attendees can listen to the concert in their cars for social distancing purposes during the Covid-19 pandemic.
