                         PURPOSE OF EXPERIMENT;
RESPONSE TO ITEMS 7, 12 & TECHNICAL DATA

Response to Item 7:
The purpose of this Experimental License is to determine whether the use of this
spectrum will improve the capability to transmit through tree coverage to rural un-
served and underserved customers in the terrain found in southeastern South
Dakota. In addition, the experiment will determine the extent to which there is an
increase in customer speed, throughput and service quality by using the full
spectrum bandwidth of the proposed CBRS band (150MHz), rather than the
currently-available spectrum bandwidth (50MHz).

Using multicarrier LTE-Advanced technology with Carrier Aggregation, this
experiment will determine whether high speed broadband speeds, greater than 100
MHz downloads, will become possible by using 20MHz carriers, rather than the
more limited 10MHz channels dictated by the limited 50MHz of spectrum
(3650MHz to 3700MHz) available today.

The equipment to be utilized is Telrad, Model CMP1000 (FCC ID No. ARA-
COMPACT3X). The antenna type is Alpha AW-3106.

Response to Item 12:
Applicant is a limited liability company.

Technical Data:

All antennas will be mounted on existing towers already registered with the
Antenna Survey Branch. The ASR Numbers are: 121366 (Antennas 1 & 2); 1212368
(Antennas 3-6); and 1252905 (Antennas 7-10).

The vertical beamtilt for all antennas will be (-4).

The emission designator for all antennas is: 20M0W7D.
