Form 442 Clarity Telecom, LLC d/b/a Vast Broadband July 15, 2019 Modification Exhibit to Call Sign WJ2XED Clarity Telecom, LLC d/b/a Vast Broadband (“Vast” or “Applicant”) holds an existing Experimental License for 3550-3650 MHz spectrum, call sign WJ2XED, on which it has registered 10 existing sites. With this modification, Vast is adding two additional sites: (1) Site 104 Union County, Beresford, SD, and (2) Site 45225 306th Street, Volin, SD. Response to Item 7: Vast will continue the purpose of this Experimental License as stated in its original application. The equipment that will be used is Telrad, Model CMP1000 (FCC ID No. ARA-COMPACT3X). The antenna type is Alpha AW-3106. Response to Item 12: Applicant is a limited liability company. Technical Data: All antennas will be mounted on existing towers already registered with the Antenna Survey Branch. The ASR Numbers are 1260685 (Antennas 11-14) and 1212371 (Antennas 15-18). The vertical beamtilt for all antennas will be (-4). The emission designator for all antennas is: 20M0W7D.
