Description on need for experimental license.

The request for this experimental license is for the need to have allowed operation of various VHF/ UHF
transmitters to demonstrate with our various systems as well as to develop new products to control the
various radios.

Operation will generally be confined to our test labs, mobile NERV vehicles, as well as for use in various
demos to customers. All necessary frequency coordination will be done and the contact for questions in
