Overview of need for experimental licenses

Cisco Systems is requesting an experimental license to complete compliance testing and
engineering evaluation of the Airspan radio modules operating in the 700 MHz band

The testing will be confined to the Cisco engineering labs and a majority of the work will
be done in shielded chambers.

All necessary coordination will be done prior to any operation outside of our test
chambers.
