FAA Flight Test Branch and Cirrus Design require testing of an emergency broadcast system that will transmit on 121.5MHz as well as local ATC frequencies.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  This testing will be in accordance with the Cirrus Design Flight Test Plan for the purpose of certifying the fore mentioned system.
