a. The complete program of research and experimentation proposed including description of equipment and theory of operation. b. The specific objectives sought to be accomplished. c. How the program of experimentation has a reasonable promise of contribution to the development, extension, expansion or utilization of the readio art, or is along line not already investigated. A. The purpose of our research is to conduct testing of an update to our current RFID tracking solution. We’ve have been offering this service for approximately 6 years. We have seen an increase in the demand for the solution due to our Pharma clients trying to ensure compliance with Sunshine Act guidelines regarding accurate reporting of attendees. More specifically we have been asked to provide this service at various venues outside of the US which require different RFID readers which comply with the allowable bandwidth in various countries. The system is comprised of a reader, 2 floor mat style antennas and a small laptop to gather and upload the data to our meeting management site. B. The objectives we hope to accomplish are simple readiness testing of the equipment to make sure everything is functioning properly before sending it onsite to be used at meetings. C. This stage of testing is critical for us to ensure that all of the equipment involved in this service is fully functional. Our goal is to provide our clients with the same functionality and level of service no matter which country they choose to have their meeting in.
