Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The program will be operating in Verizons licensed 28 GHz spectrum with prior coordination, cooperation, and consent of Verizon. SureCall desires to test bi-directional amplifiers prior to Type Certification so that optimal solution(s) are know for commercial and full FCC Type Certification is obtained.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  SureCall is investigating the feasibility of using bi-directional repeater technology to extend the reach of 5G New Radio in the FR2 band (28 GHz). The bi-directional amplifier will use the existing gNb as a donor and will be located near the gNbs service edge to extend the gNbs coverage area.
