Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the proposed operations is to conduct an internal market trial of new communications equipment systems compliant with Part 5, Subpart H, Rule 5.602. We will be operating at low power and within areas where Verizon holds a Part 30 UMFUS license. See Exhibit A.
