1. Will any fees be charged or will there be any contractual arrangements between “Cellco
Partnership” and the participants in this experiment?

Cellco Partnership (“Cellco”) and Samsung are the only participants in this testing. The only
fees or contractual arrangements are related to Cellco’s purchase of the devices from Samsung.

2. Will all of the experimental devices be retrieved by “Cellco Partnership” from the
participants upon completion of this experiment?

Cellco will be using the test devices itself during the experiment. There are no third parties from which to
retrieve the devices at the completion of testing.
