I would like to take the time to explain our efforts in establishing service agreements with the local wireless carriers in the area. We have been working with three carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) in the area for the past year to establish long term lease agreements. We have successfully entered into a Long Term de facto lease with AT&T as of 9/24/2016 and the Verizon Wireless leases are in the final stages of legal review to be executed in late 3rd quarter 2017. We have reached out to T-Mobile requesting their Long Term De facto lease template for us to submit. They have just recently (in the past month) reached out to us to begin the process of entering into a lease for all of our MAS locations. I believe they are motivated by the new FCC processing rules for CIS (aka MAS) lease applications. Thus far, they have responded by continuing to provide consent letters to allow us to operate through the expiration of the STA. Based on our efforts this will be the final request for STA extensions for the 3 sites (Macon, Smith and Telfair) in the Georgia market. We will have executed lease agreements with all 3 carriers that are currently operating in these areas by the end of the 4th quarter. In the interim we will still require STA’s to receive consent letters from Verizon and T- Mobile to bridge us to the commencement of our long term leases. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work through the challenge of securing long term leases with the carriers. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. You also requested a progress report of our testing and the need to continue testing. Our MAS system is fully operational and has been accepted by the Georgia Department of Corrections (DOC).
