(TNTS), and CellBlox Acquisitions, LLC (CellBlox) from Securus Investment Holdings, LLC (Transferor) to SCRS Acquisition Corporation (Transferee) was consummated on November 1, 2017. Although we understand that a consummation notice is not required for the transfer of control of a de facto spectrum lessee, this notification also applies to ULS File Nos. 0007778973 and 0007820181. CellBlox will file an updated ownership disclosure in the Commission’s Universal Licensing System using FCC Form 602 to reflect its current ownership.
