Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
CMUs Elijah project is developing the concept of cloudlets. The idea is to push computing capabilities to base stations in support of applications requiring low latency (speech recognition, real-time translation, wayfinding, and more). To explore this, we need to establish a test environment.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Working with Vodaphone and Nokia, we plan to deploy a standard base station with power attenuated to 10 milliwatts.
