Modification of Frequency Band Request in File Number 0229-EX-ML-2015
Modify 2300-2400 MHz to 2360-2400 Mhz.

Carnegie Mellon University has completed discussions with SiriusXM Satellite Radio and has
agreed to limit the 2300 Mhz band request to those frequencies above 2360 Mhz. This will eliminate
any possibility of the proposed testing causing harmful interference to the SiriusXM system. SiriusXM
has agreed to this change.

The frequencies in the application have been modified to correspond with this change.
