The Nature of the License Modifications for WG2XWP Carnegie Mellon wishes to change all facilities to mobile including former fixed sites. They may be slightly moved within a five kilometer circle about 37-24-37 NL, 122-3-35 WL. In addition, mobile subscriber units will be added to the existing system. Carnegie Mellon wishes to add 900 MHz frequencies and 2300 MHz frequencies for use with GMSL, UMTS/QPSK, and LTE modulation schemes of various bandwidths. All facilities are for testing and data collection regarding the various frequencies and modulation schemes.
