Message:

Dear Mr. Norman Bangle:

Your statement, "Our objective, as a member of the Advanced Rural Communications
Consortium, is to introduce new wireless services to our members and to underserved areas
within a four county area.", raises our concerns that Canby Telephone Association may be
attempting to establish a service in the 1910-1920 MHz band. Is it the long-term plan of Canby
Telephone Association to terminate the use of the 1910-1920 MHz band and return to objectives
in the licensed PCS bands upon completion of the experiment proposed in application 0049-EX-
PL-2003?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above
referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of
March 21, 2003 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the
filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
