1. Please justify the need for 48 months vs. 24 months experimental license.

We have a 24-month contract and are expecting a follow-on 24-month contract. Therefore, our contract
period will cover 48 months. If 48 months is not acceptable, we can decrease it to 24 months, but we will
need to re-apply when the follow-on contract is activated.

2. Operations in 3550-3650 MHz band other than federal radars are prohibited in and around the coastal
areas. Please exclude this portion of the proposed band from your application.

We have updated the application to exclude this portion of the proposed band.
