Antenna Registration, Question 4: Directional Antenna

The transmit/receive antenna at the California State University, Northridge ground station
is a steerable yagi with approximately 15dBi of gain. The antenna is mounted on a tower
that is installed on top of the Engineering building resulting in the antenna being
approximately 37 meters above terrain (see figure in Question 5 attachment).

The yagi antenna has a beamwidth of 20° and rotates in both azimuth and elevation. The
azimuthal range is from 0 – 360° and the angle of elevation can be varied from 0 – 90°.
