Washington, D.C. 20054 Re: ITU Filing Materials for CSUNSat1 To Whom It May Concern: California State University Northridge (CSUN) understands that the submission by the Commission of a new submission of Advance Publication Information and a Coordination Request to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in association with CSUN’s proposed low earth orbit CubeSat, CSUNSat1, will have certain ITU “cost recovery” implications. CSUN accepts that the ITU will impose cost-recovery processing fees for the new ITU filing materials it is supplying, notwithstanding that the amount and timing of the fees are not entirely certain at this time. CSUN acknowledges that it is responsible for any and all cost recovery fees associated with the ITU filings that the Commission is making.
