This	
  application	
  describes	
  the	
  directional	
  antenna	
  on	
  the	
  ground	
  which	
  transmits	
  
data	
  to	
  and	
  receives	
  data	
  from	
  the	
  satellite	
  on	
  orbit.	
  The	
  positioning	
  motors	
  are	
  
capable	
  of	
  effectively	
  pointing	
  the	
  antennas	
  to	
  0-­‐‑360°	
  in	
  azimuth	
  (N-­‐‑E-­‐‑S-­‐‑W-­‐‑N)	
  and	
  
0-­‐‑90°	
  in	
  elevation	
  (from	
  horizon	
  to	
  zenith).	
  The	
  antenna	
  has	
  a	
  half	
  power,	
  full	
  width	
  
beam	
  spread	
  of	
  approximately	
  21°.
