Hi Justin,

We have asked ARRL our US member society, to explain to FCC staff that our IARU coordination
letters remain valid and are not affected by changes in guidelines. Our longstanding policy is that guideline
changes are not retroactive.

If FCC, as the national administration, has any issues with any particular application, they should pursue
those directly with the applicant.
