Alex

Thank you for your coordination request which I have discussed with the advisory
panel.

We have coordinated the following frequencies

Uplink / downlink 437,505 MHz

You have not indicated a launch date, please advise us of final date for the launch
when this becomes available and also what other satellites using amateur frequencies
are on the same launch vehicle.

Please note that all frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared frequencies.
We have attempted to make the best possible selection for your project.

You are also referred to the ITU requirements for satellites. We have prepared an easy
reference document which is available on www.iaru.org/satellite, it will assist you to
comply with the ITU requirements for Amateur satellites. Please advise us of the API
number once available.

Please also read the “controlling satellites” document available on
www.iaru.org/satellite

IARU has coordinated a frequency in a band allocated to the amateur satellite service,
based on the information that has been provided to it. Your licensing administration is
the only party who can properly authorize your project to use a band allocated to the
amateur satellite service. The IARU frequency coordination set out above is intended to
maintain minimum interference in the bands allocated to the amateur satellite service. It
should not be taken as any agreement or consent by IARU to allow services other than
the amateur satellite services to use this band, nor as any warranty that the frequencies
will be free from interference.

Best wishes for a successful project.

Please keep us informed of developments and progress.
