       Dear Alicia,

We understand the Irvine satellite operators are requesting some input from
the 18 SPCS. Here's our response:

I am the primary point of contact for the 18th Space Control Squadron (18
SPCS) Space Situational Awareness (SSA) Sharing. We have been in touch with
the faculty advisors for the Irvine CubeSat STEM Program (ICSP), and have
shared our procedures for maneuverable satellites with them, as seen in our
Spaceflight Safety Handbook for Operators (at
       https://www.space-track.org/documents/JSpOC_Spaceflight_Safety_Handbook_For_
Operators.pdf). We plan to provide the same tracking and conjunction
assessment support for them as we would for any other active maneuverable
       satellite.

Please feel free to contact me or Ms. Cynthia Wilson if you have any
questions. We are available during normal working hours at the contact
information below, although the 18SCS operations crew is staffed 24/7 to
       communicate with spaceflight operators.

       Diana
