Dear Craig

Thank you for the updated frequency coordination request and explanations. I have
discussed the application with the panel and we have coordinated the frequencies as
follows.
.

Uplink/Downlink 437,270 MHz

You have indicated a launch date of September 2013. Please advise us of final date for
the launch when this becomes available as well as if there are other satellites using
amateur allocations so that any possible interference can be prevented.

Please note that all frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared frequencies.
We have attempted to make the best possible selection for your project.

You are also referred to the ITU requirements for satellites. We have prepared an easy
reference document which is available on www.iaru.org/satellite, it will assist you to
comply with the ITU requirements for Amateur satellites.

Please also read the attached “controlling satellites” document.

Please keep us informed of developments and progress. Good luck with the project
