Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
California Internet LP, dba Geolinks seeks Special Temporary Authority to conduct proof of concept testing in the 10 - 12 GHz band using access point and CPE equipment provided by Globtel, a new equipment and software manufacturer. California Internet LP, dba Geolinks plans to conduct its trials during limited six day window between March 15, 2020 and March 20, 2020. A longer time-frame is specified in order to allow for unexpected delays.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  There are no commercial purposes for the STA. The STA is requested strictly for testing and evaluation of new equipment.
